INGREDIENTS:

  1. Roasted gram - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  2. Egg - 1/2
  3. Oil - to fry
  4. -- For Grinding --
    1. Shrimp - 10
    2. Hot chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
    3. Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
    4. Garam masala powder- 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
    5. Coriander leaves - 10
    6. Hot green chili - 1
    7. Fresh shredded coconut - 1/4 cup
    8. Onion - 1
    9. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. In a blender add the roasted gram and powder it.
  2. Now add rest of all the "For Grinding" ingredients grind into a thick paste by adding as little water as possible.
  3. In a deep frying pan, heat oil. Once the oil is hot and ready.
  4. Take some ground shrimp, make as small ball (a small lemon size).
  5. Now flatten it and deep fry it until they turn golden brown or cooked and serve.
