INGREDIENTS:
- Roasted gram - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Egg - 1/2
- Oil - to fry
- -- For Grinding --
- Shrimp - 10
- Hot chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garam masala powder- 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander leaves - 10
- Hot green chili - 1
- Fresh shredded coconut - 1/4 cup
- Onion - 1
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- In a blender add the roasted gram and powder it.
- Now add rest of all the "For Grinding" ingredients grind into a thick paste by adding as little water as possible.
- In a deep frying pan, heat oil. Once the oil is hot and ready.
- Take some ground shrimp, make as small ball (a small lemon size).
- Now flatten it and deep fry it until they turn golden brown or cooked and serve.
