INGREDIENTS:
- Gram flour - 2 cup
- Rice flour - 3/4 cup
- Thinly sliced carrot - 2
- Thinly sliced cabbage - 1 cup
- Thinly sliced potato - 1 cup
- Finely chopped Onion - 2
- Finely Curry leaf - 20
- Finely Ginger - 1/2 inch
- Chili powder - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Salt - as needed
- Oil - for frying
PREPARATION:
- In a bowl add all the ingredients except oil. Mix them until the vegetables are well coated with flour. NOTE: don't add water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan. Now take some vegetables and sprinkle them in the oil and deep fry them to golden brown and serve. Do the same with rest of the vegetables.
NOTES:
- You can substitute chili powder with 4 finely chopped green chili.
