INGREDIENTS:

  1. Gram flour - 2 cup
  2. Rice flour - 3/4 cup
  3. Thinly sliced carrot - 2
  4. Thinly sliced cabbage - 1 cup
  5. Thinly sliced potato - 1 cup
  6. Finely chopped Onion - 2
  7. Finely Curry leaf - 20
  8. Finely Ginger - 1/2 inch
  9. Chili powder - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  10. Salt - as needed
  11. Oil - for frying

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients except oil. Mix them until the vegetables are well coated with flour. NOTE: don't add water.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan. Now take some vegetables and sprinkle them in the oil and deep fry them to golden brown and serve. Do the same with rest of the vegetables.

NOTES:

  1. You can substitute chili powder with 4 finely chopped green chili.
