INGREDIENTS:
- Small Cauliflower - 1
- Corn flour - 1/2 cup
- Sakthi chicken 65 masala powder - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Red color - a pinch
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - as needed.
- Oil - for deep fry.
PREPARATION:
- Break the cauliflower florets into small pieces.
- In boiled water, add the cauliflower, turmeric powder. After 2 minutes remove them. NOTE: filter as much water as you can.
- Now add corn flour, chicken 65 masala, salt, red color and mix well until cauliflower coated well with corn flour. Sprinkle little water if needed.
- Now deep fry them in oil in batches until they turn golden brown and serve.
