INGREDIENTS:
- Thickly Sliced Ivy gourd - 250
- Finger millet (Ragi) powder - 2 cup
- Coarsely powdered roasted pea nut - 1 cup
- Coarsely powdered roasted gram - 1 cup
- Cumin seed - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Dry chili - 4
- Finely chopped curry leaf - 4
- Finely chopped onion - 4
- Oil - for deep fry
- Salt - to taste.
PREPARATION:
- Grind dry chili and cumin seeds.
- Mix all the ingredients (except onion) to a dough consistent to chapatti dough.
- Heat oil and deep fry them in batches by dropping small pieces of dough in the oil.
NOTES:
- Goes well with coffee or tea.
