INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cooked rice - 1 cup
  2. Gram flour - 1/2 cup
  3. Coriander leaf - from 2 sprig
  4. Finely chopped onion - 1
  5. Chopped onion - 2
  6. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Curry leaf - from 1 sprig
  8. Oil - 1 cup (for deep frying)
  9. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl add cooked rice, gram flour, coriander leaves, finely chopped onion, chili powder, curry leaves, salt as needed, little oil. Press and mix them to form a thick soft dough.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Now take dough drop them as small chunk and cook the to golden brown and serve.

NOTES:

  1. For good result cook in batches.
