INGREDIENTS:
- Cooked rice - 1 cup
- Gram flour - 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaf - from 2 sprig
- Finely chopped onion - 1
- Chopped onion - 2
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Curry leaf - from 1 sprig
- Oil - 1 cup (for deep frying)
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- In a bowl add cooked rice, gram flour, coriander leaves, finely chopped onion, chili powder, curry leaves, salt as needed, little oil. Press and mix them to form a thick soft dough.
- Heat oil in a pan. Now take dough drop them as small chunk and cook the to golden brown and serve.
NOTES:
- For good result cook in batches.
