INGREDIENTS:
- Sliced bitter gourd (with seed or deseeded) - 1/4 kilogram.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ginger - small piece.

- Gram flour - 1/2 cup
- Rice flour - 1/4 cup
- Asafoetida powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Unsalted butter - 1 teaspoon (tsp.) optional
- Salt - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)

- oil - to fry
PREPARATION:
- Shred (use carrot shredder) ginger, garlic and add to sliced bitter gourd and mxi well.
- Now add all the ingredients expect oil and mix well until the gourd slices are coated well.
- Now heat oil and fry the coated gourd slices to golden brown and serve.
NOTES:
- Cooking time: 15 minutes
