INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ragi flour - 2 cup
  2. Gram flour - 1 cup
  3. Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Chili powder - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  5. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Dalda - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  7. Oil - 1 cup

PREPARATION:

  1. Melt dalda.
  2. Mix ragi flour, gram flour, garlic paste, chili powder, salt, dalda in to a murukku dough by adding water as needed.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan. Make murukku with murukku press (refer below) and deep fry them.
