Thinly slice bhajji green chili (big) - 1 or as needed
Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
Chili powder - as needed
Oil - as needed
Salt - as needed
Add 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.) of chili powder, lemon juice, salt to the fish and mix well until the fish is coated well. Marinate this for an hour.
Fry the marinated fish pieces until they are golden brown in oil. NOTE: do not fry them crispy.
Heat a tablespoon (tbsp.) oil in which you fried the fish. add onion, green chili and sauté for couple of minutes. Now add the chili powder, salt and sauté well until the chili powder raw smell is gone.
Now add tomato, tomato paste and sauté until onion, tomato, chili is half sautéed.
Now add the fried fish mix well until the masala coat well and serve.
