INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chopped Keerai (spinach or other greens) - from 1 bunch
  2. Gram flour - 100 grams
  3. Finely chopped Onion - 100 grams
  4. Wheat or Maida flour - 1/4 cup
  5. Chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves - little
  6. Chopped green chili - 3
  7. Yogurt or Curd - 1/4 cup
  8. Oil or butter - for making omelette
  9. Salt - as required.

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix all the ingredients to dosai batter consistency.
  2. Heat a skillet apply butter or oil. pour the egg mixture in.
  3. As the omelette starts to set, lift an edge of the omelette with a spatula and tilt the pan so that the runny, unset portion of the omelette can run underneath and start to set. Repeat on the opposite side
  4. Once done serve.
