Chopped Keerai (spinach or other greens) - from 1 bunch
Gram flour - 100 grams
Finely chopped Onion - 100 grams
Wheat or Maida flour - 1/4 cup
Chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves - little
Chopped green chili - 3
Yogurt or Curd - 1/4 cup
Oil or butter - for making omelette
Salt - as required.
Mix all the ingredients to dosai batter consistency.
Heat a skillet apply butter or oil. pour the egg mixture in.
As the omelette starts to set, lift an edge of the omelette with a spatula and tilt the pan so that the runny, unset portion of the omelette can run underneath and start to set. Repeat on the opposite side
