INGREDIENTS:

  1. Flattened rice - 1 cup
  2. Rice - 3 cup
  3. Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Chopped green chili - 1
  5. Chopped coriander leaf - 5
  6. Curry leaf - 5
  7. Asafoetida powder - a pinch
  8. Corn flour - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Shredded coconut - 1/4 cup
  10. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind flatten rice, rice, curry leaf into a batter consistency to dosai batter. Add salt to taste beat well and keep it overnight to ferment.
  2. Before you make dosai add cumin seeds, green chili, asafoetida powder, corn flour, coconut, coriander leaves and beat well.
  3. Now make dosai and serve.
