INGREDIENTS:

  1. Finger millet (Kezhvaragu | Kayppai | Ragi) powder - 1/4 cup
  2. Rava - 1/4 cup
  3. Whole wheat flour - 1/4 cup
  4. Dosai batter - 1/4 cup
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Sesame oil - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix Finger millet powder, rava, whole wheat flour, dosai batter and salt.
  2. Mix well and make a batter consistency to dosai batter. Add water as needed.
  3. Heat the flat iron skillet or non-stick tawa pan well.
  4. Pour a spoonful of batter in the center, spread with the back of the spoon to a thin round
  5. Pour a tablespoon (tbsp.) oil over it. Remove with spatula when crisp and serve

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with sambar
