INGREDIENTS:

  1. Wheat flour - 2 cup
  2. Unsalted butter - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Yogurt - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  4. Water - as needed
  5. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough like you do for chapati. Keep the dough aside for 2 hours minimum.
  2. Now make small balls out of dough and flatten them into thick round sheet about 4 to 5 millimeter in diameter thick.
  3. Heat skillet and place a sheet and cook one side. once this side is cooked. Coat the top side with water flip over and cook the other side and serve. Cook the same with rest of the roti's.
