Sweet coconut milk paniyaram recipe

INGREDIENTS:
- Raw rice - 1/2 cup
- Black gram - 1/2 cup
- Coconut - 1
- Milk - 1 tumbler or 1 cup
- Cardamom powder - little
- Cooking soda - a pinch
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Oil - to deep fry.
PREPARATION:
- Soak rice, black gram in water until they are soaked well (about an hour). Now grind this to a thick dough by adding little water as possible to vadai dough consistency.
- Don't add too much water and get thick coconut milk from the coconut. i.e. grind or shred the coconut add water as needed and get the thick milk.
- Now to the coconut milk add milk, cardamom powder, sugar to your taste.
- To the dough a pinch of cooking soda and mix well. Make small balls from the dough and deep fry them in oil to golden brown and keep it aside.
- In bowl add fried paniyaram, coconut milk mixture as needed and serve.
