INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg - 1
  2. Dry small fish - 100 grams
  3. Shrimp - 100 grams
  4. Cooked rice - 3 cup
  5. Coriander leaf - 20
  6. Finely chopped Tomato - 3
  7. Thinly sliced onion - 2
  8. Green chili - 4
  9. Fish masala powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  11. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  12. Salt - to taste.
  13. Oil - 1/2 cup.

PREPARATION:

  1. Make omelet with egg and keep it aside.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon (tsp.) chili powder, 1 teaspoon (tsp.) of fish masala powder, 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.) turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.) of water to the dry fish mix well and marinate it for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat 1/2 cup of oil and fry the dry fish until well done. And keep it aside.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon (tsp.) chili powder, 1 teaspoon (tsp.) of fish masala powder, 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.) turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.) of water to the shrimp mix well and marinate it for 5 minutes.
  5. Fry the shrimp in the same pan you fried the fish. Once the shrimp is fried add the cut onion, tomato, green chili, coriander leaves. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Now add the fried dry fish and cook for a minute.
  7. Now add the cooked rice. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Now add the egg mix well. Remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaf and serve.
