INGREDIENTS:

  1. Potato - 500 grams
  2. Corn flour - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Black pepper powder - as needed
  4. Salt - a needed
  5. -- For stuffing --
    1. Ground meat - 250 gram
    2. Onion - 1
    3. Garlic - 4 clove
    4. Ginger - 1 inch
    5. Dry chili - 3
    6. Bay leaf - 2
    7. Chopped coriander leaf - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
    8. Chopped capsicum - 1
    9. Egg - 2
    10. Water - 1 1/2 cup
    11. Bread crumb - as needed
    12. Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
    13. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Cook the potatoes and remove the skin. Add corn flour, salt, black pepper powder and mash the potato well until all the ingredients mixed well.
  2. Grind onion, garlic, ginger, dry chili into a fine thick paste.
  3. In a pan heat oil. Now add the ground masala paste, sprinkle little water and sauté until oil separates.
  4. Now the ground meat, salt, bay leaves, water if needed and cook the meat until oil separates. Now remove the bay leaves.
  5. Now add coriander leaves, capsicum and sauté for few seconds remove from heat and cool this down to room temperature.
  6. Break the egg in a bowl, add little milk and beat well.
  7. Making the meat balls:
  8. Make equal size balls with the mashed potato. Press the balls to round thick sheet by hand. Place some cooked meat and make a round balls. Make sure the meat is covered by mashed potato.
  9. Dip the meat balls in egg wash, bread crumbs and deep fry the stuffed balls to golden brown and serve.
