INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ground mutton - 1/2 kilogram
  2. Egg - 1
  3. Green chilies - 10
  4. Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon(tsp.)
  8. Coriander leaves - little
  9. Oil - to fry
  10. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl add mutton, salt, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and mix well.
  2. Now break the egg and add to it then mix well.
  3. Now make lemon size balls out of the meat mixture.
  4. Heat oil in pan and fry these mutton balls to golden brown and serve. NOTE: adjust heat if needed.
