INGREDIENTS:
- Lamb rib chop (USA cut) - 1/2 kilogram
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Paprika powder or Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cumin powder - 3/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Finely chopped Mint leaf - 5 count
- Finely chopped Parsley leaf or Coriander leaf - 10 count
- Oil or Butter or Ghee - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients except Oil or Butter or Ghee and marinate for minimum 1/2 hour in a refrigerator.
- Heat Oil or Butter or Ghee in a pan and roast them in low heat until they are cooked. NOTE: Bring the lamb chops to room temperature for good result.
NOTES:
- If you don't get rib lamb chops like in USA. You can cut the lamb with no bone in into flat pieces about one inch thick and 2 to 3 inch wide cubes.
