INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ripe Mango - 2
  2. Chilled whole milk - 1 cup
  3. Vanilla ice cream - 1 cup
  4. Jelly - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Remove the skin and nuts from the mangoes and chop them into pieces. Now add these mango pieces into a blender or mixer and make a fine thick paste and keep it aside.
  2. In the same blender or mixer add the chilled milk, jelly and run the blender or mixer until they are all mixed well. Once mixed well add the mango paste and run the blender or mixer couple of times.
  3. Keep the mango blend in mixer in refrigerator ice cubes making area.
  4. In a bowl add scoop of frozen mango, over this place a scoop of vanilla ice and serve.
