INGREDIENTS:

  1. Orange - 3
  2. Yogurt or thick butter milk - 1 cup
  3. Milk - 1/4 cup
  4. Sugar - 3 table spoon or as required.
  5. Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tablespoon (tbsp) (optional)

PREPARATION:

  1. In a blender (mixi) add the orange, yogurt, milk and sugar and blend the into a smoothie.
  2. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and serve
