  1. Thick chilled yogurt - 2 cups
  2. Sugar - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Chilled milk or water - 1/4 cup
  4. Rose water (optional) - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Fresh crushed cardamom - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)


  1. Mix yogurt, sugar, milk or water, rose water in a blender or whisking by hand until yogurt is evenly blended should take about 1 - 2 minutes. NOTE: don't blend too long or butter will start floating.
  2. Pour this in serving glass. Garnish with little cardamom powder and serve.


  1. You can chill or add ice cubes and serve
