INGREDIENTS:
- Thick chilled yogurt - 2 cups
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Chilled milk or water - 1/4 cup
- Rose water (optional) - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Fresh crushed cardamom - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Mix yogurt, sugar, milk or water, rose water in a blender or whisking by hand until yogurt is evenly blended should take about 1 - 2 minutes. NOTE: don't blend too long or butter will start floating.
- Pour this in serving glass. Garnish with little cardamom powder and serve.
NOTES:
- You can chill or add ice cubes and serve
