INGREDIENTS:

  1. Skin less nd Boneless Fish pieces - 500 grams
  2. Egg - 1
  3. Chopped Onion - 1
  4. Boiled Potato - 100 grams
  5. Chili powder - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  6. Green chili - 3
  7. Coriander leaf - little
  8. Oil - to deep fry
  9. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil or steam cook the fish pieces.
  2. In a bowl add fish, potato, onion, chili powder, green chili, egg, salt. Mash and mix well so all comes togther.
  3. Now make equal size small balls with mashed ingredients and flatten them like we do for vadai.
  4. Heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry the flatten vadai to golden brown and serve.

NOTES:

  1. If your kids like skin keep it as it has the most nutrition.
  2. You can make cutlet with this recipe as well.
