INGREDIENTS:

  1. Sardine (or) Belt fish (or) Mahi-mahi - 3
  2. Finely chopped onion - 1
  3. Finely chopped green chili - 2
  4. Finely chopped curry leaf - 1 sprig
  5. Finely chopped coriander leaf - 1/4 of handful
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Egg white - 1/2
  9. Oil - for deep fry
  10. Salt - a needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Steam and cook the sardines. Now de-bone them and keep them aside.
  2. In bowl add cooked fish, onion, green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, cumin powder, egg whites and mix them well. Now make equal size balls to you preference.
  3. Deep fry these balls in oil to golden brown and serve.
