INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boneless Fish - 400 grams
  2. Egg - 1
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Oil - 1 tablespoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut boneless fish in to 1 inch cube.
  2. Break the egg into a bowl and beat well.
  3. Add salt to taste, turmeric powder, beaten egg to the fish, mix well and marinate for 1/2 hour.
  4. In a pan heat oil; now add the marinated fish and cook until they change color.
  5. Now add chili powder, garam masala powder and sauté for couple of minutes.
  6. Cover the fish; simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Now remove the lid, add black pepper powder sauté for 30 sec and serve.
