INGREDIENTS:

  1. Varagu (Kodo Millet) - 100 grams
  2. Chopped Cucumber (unripened) - 100 grams
  3. Dry Green chili - 1
  4. Shredded coconut - little
  5. Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Coriander leaf - little
  7. Oil - as needed
  8. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Soak Varagu (Kodo Millet) in water until they are soaked. Drain he liquid.
  2. Grind the soaked Varagu (Kodo Millet), cucumber pieces into to batter to dosai consistency.
  3. Grind coconut, cumin seeds, coconut, coriander leaves into a fine thick paste by adding little water as needed, Add this to batter along with salt as needed and beat well.
  4. Now make dosai and serve.

NOTES:

  1. You don't need wait for batter to ferment overnight.
