INGREDIENTS:

  1. Tomato - 10
  2. Dry chili - 5
  3. Garlic - 5 clove
  4. Mustard seed + split black gram - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Curry leaf - 8 count
  6. Sesame oil - 2 ladle
  7. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind tomato, dry chili, garlic, salt into a fine thick paste.
  2. In pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds, spit black gram, curry leaves. Once the mustard seeds stop splattering
  3. Now add the ground past, litte water. Cook this until becomes thick and oil seperates. Serve.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with idli, dosai.
  2. You can store this in fridge for a week.
