INGREDIENTS:
- Green chili - 15
- Tamarind - 1 small pebble size
- Asafoetida powder - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Mustard seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - 3 tablespoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Grind green chili, tamarind, salt to taste, asafoetida powder into a find thick paste by adding little water as possible.
- Heat oil in a pan; now add mustard seeds once it stop splattering add the ground paste and cook until oil separates and serve.
NOTES:
- Goes well with rice, idli, dosai.
