INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chopped ripe tomato - 3
  2. Garlic clove - 10 count
  3. Dry chili - 8 (adjust to your spice tolerance)
  4. Sesame oil - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. In a pan heat oil add dry chili, garlic and sauté. once sautéed add chopped tomato and sauté until they become mushy and oil starts to separate. Cool this to room temperature.
  2. Grind the sautéed tomato, salt to fine thick paste and serve.

NOTES:

  1. If too spicy add 2 teaspoon (tsp.) sesame oil to reduce spicy heat.
  2. Spicier the better taste so add good amount of dry chili
