INGREDIENTS:

  1. Coriander leaf - from 1 bunch
  2. Mint leaf - a handful
  3. Garli clove - 6 count
  4. Ginger - a piece
  5. Green chili - 8
  6. Black pepper corn - 6
  7. Cinnamon stick - small piece
  8. Cardamoms- 2
  9. Ghee - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. In a pan heat ghee. add cinnamon stick, cardamom, black pepper corn, garlic clove, ginger and roast them.
  2. In Mixer or blender add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, roasted ingredients, salt, water as needed and grind to fine fine paste to chutney consistency and serve

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with idli, dosai.
