  1. Whole wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  2. Lukewarm water - 1/4 cup
  3. Ghee - 1 tablespoon (tsp.)
  4. Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Roasted Gram (fried Bengal gram) - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Oil - to cook.
  7. Salt - to taste


  1. Mix all the ingredient except oil to a dough. Add water as needed.
  2. Now make small 2 inch balls and flatten them.
  3. Heat a skillet add oil as needed.
  4. Now cook the flatten dough until it is cooked (turns golden brown with some dark areas) both side and serve.
