In a bowl add maida or wheat flour, ghee, powdered sugar, eggs. Whisk this with a whisker until they become soft batter.
Heat a flat (dosai) iron skillet and coat with Oil.
Now take a ladle of batter spread round thinly.
Once the bottom side is cooked flip and cook the other side. While the bottom side is cooking take more batter and spread on the cooked top and spread around the sheet to cover it. Sprinkle nuts and raisins. Now flip and cook. NOTE: if you need to coat the skillet coat it.
Repeat step 5. Until you get layers up to 3 inch tall. Cool this cake and serve.
