INGREDIENTS:
- Black gram - 200 grams
- Hot green chili - 8
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Cumin seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - to deep fry
PREPARATION:
- Soak Black gram for 3 hours.
- Grind the soaked Black gram, 2 green chili and grind to dough. ( add less water as possible)
- Cut the ginger, rest of the green chili into fine pieces and add to the dough.
- Now add cumin seed, salt, black pepper to the dough and mix well.
- Heat oil in a deep pan. Make small balls out of the dough and deep fry them.
- Now serve the bonda.
