INGREDIENTS:
- Rava - 2 cup
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- Finely chopped onion - 2
- Chopped green chili - 3
- Coriander leaf - little
- Curry leaf - little
- Oil - to deep fry
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Mix rava, yogurt, salt, water as needed and make bonda batter (thick batter). Keep this batter aside for 3 to 4 hours.
- Now add the chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves, curry leaves and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Now make small balls out of the batter and deep fry them golden brown and serve.
NOTES:
- For better result fry them in batches so the oil does not cool down fast. Oil temperature should be close 350 degree Fahrenheit all the time.
