INGREDIENTS:

  1. Bread slice - 10
  2. Finely chopped onion - 1
  3. Tomato - 1
  4. Finely chopped green chili - 2
  5. Mint leaf - from 1/2 bunch
  6. Finely chopped coriander leaf - 20
  7. Garlic - 4 cloves
  8. Ginger - 1 inch
  9. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind tomato, ginger, garlic into a fine paste by adding as little water as possible.
  2. Break the break into small pieces.
  3. Now mix, break pieces, ground paste, onion, green chili, salt into a thick dough (vadai consistency)
  4. Now make vadai with this dough.
    1. Heat the oil in the fryer or pan.
    2. Now take small amount of mixed dough ( a size of lemon), flatten it make a hole in center and deep fry them and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Don't add water to the dough, if you add it will absorb too much oil.
