INGREDIENTS:
- Soaked Chick pea - 1 cup
- Parsley leaves - from 1/2 bunch
- Coriander leaf - 20
- Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - to deep fry.
- Salt - to taste.
PREPARATION:
- Mix all the ingredients and grind them coarse as you do for vadai.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for 350 degree Fahrenheit, deep fry them golden brown and serve.
NOTES:
- Goes well with milk coffee or mil tea.
