INGREDIENTS:

  1. Corn idli batter - 1 cup
  2. Salt - as needed
  3. Oil - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. -- To Grind to Paste --
    1. Tomato - 1
    2. Dry chili - 2
    3. Cumin seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
    4. Onion - 1/2

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind ingredients under the section "-- To Grind to Paste --" to a fine past by adding little water as possible. Add this to the corn idli batter and mix well.
  2. Heat the kuzhi paniyaram pan with oil in the kuzhi. Pour the batter into the kuzhi.
  3. Remove them and serve when they are well done.
