In a pan heat oil. Add curry leaf, chopped onion, curry leaves, p[inch of salt and sauté until the onion become translucent (golden brown)
To the batter add the sautéed onion, soaked bengal gram, salt as needed and beat well.
Now make paniyaram with the batter. i.e. Heat Paniyaram pan and grease with oil. Now fill the mold (hole) with batter until it fills 3/4th. Cook for 2 min or half cooked. Now flip them and cooking until golden brown (cooked) and serve.
