Vinegar - 1 teaspoon (tsp.) or lemon juice as needed.
Bring milk to boil and add vinegar or lemon juice and stir until the milk curds. I.e. fat solid serrate from water.
Now add cold water wash until acidity flavor from vinegar or lemon juice is gone.
Now using a cheese cloth (or any thin cloth) filter all the water NOTE: make sure no water is left this will ensure good quality rasagulla.
Now break the milk curd into to granular pieces without any lump. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.) of sugar. Make small (or to your preference) balls out of the milk curd.
Dissolve in 2 cups of water and bring to boil. Now add the milk curd balls one by one. Once they float cover with lid. Simmer and cook this for 15 minutes. once they become twice. Remove from heat keep it for a while to soak and then serve.
