Roast the rice until they become Puffed rice. Now grid this to coarse in a mixer. To this add garlic and run mixer in pulse mode for 2 to 3 times.
Heat oil in a pan. add mustard seeds, black gram. dry chili. Once the mustard seeds stop splattering. Now add the drumstick leaves and sauté them to 3 to 4 minutes. NOTE: if gets too dry sprinkle little water.
Now add the coarse rice powder, salt and mix well. Sauté and cook this for another minute.
