INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ladies finger - 500 grams
  2. Oil - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. -- For masala stuffing--
    1. Dry mango powder (amchur) - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
    2. Coriander powder - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
    3. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.) or as required
    4. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
    5. Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
    6. Salt - as needed.

PREPARATION:

  1. Wash and wipe completely dry all the ladies finger. Cut the head and tail ends. Silt the ladies finger vertically without breaking or cutting into two halves.
  2. Combine all the ingredients under "-- For masala stuffing--" in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Fill all the split ladies finger with the masala without breaking them.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. and fry the ladies finger in low heat (flame) until they are cooked and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Make sure the ladies finger are dry after you wash them or the result will not be good.
