INGREDIENTS:

  1. Plantain (banana or vazhaikkai) - 4
  2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
  3. Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  4. Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Hot chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Oil - to fry

PREPARATION:

  1. Peal the skin from plantain. Cut them into thin pieces as you cut for making chips.
  2. Now mix all the ingredient with the banana and marinate for 1 hour.
  3. In a deep pan heat oil and fry them both side until they are done. (keep the heat low so they don't get burnt fast or does not cook inside) and serve.
