INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chopped capsicum - 3
  2. Chopped onion - 1
  3. Roasted gram - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Oil, mustard seed, curry leaves, split black gram - for tempering.

PREPARATION:

  1. Powder the roasted gram.
  2. In a pan heat oil. add mustard seeds, curry leaves, split black gram and sauté until the mustard seeds stop splattering.
  3. Now add chopped onion and sauté until they turn translucent.
  4. Now add chili powder, turmeric powder and sauté for few seconds.
  5. Now add the chopped capsicum, salt and sauté for 5 minutes or until cooked.
  6. Now add powdered roast gram. Mix well. Remo
