INGREDIENTS:
- Maravalli Kilangu (Tapioca) - 500 grams
- Sugar - 250 grams
- Coconut milk - 2 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Remove the skin and he vein from the Maravalli Kilangu and cut time into small pieces.
- Add 2 cup of water to Maravalli Kilangu and cook them. Mash the cooked Maravalli Kilangu.
- Simmer and cook the Maravalli Kilangu.
- Now add the sugar. Mix well and cook for minute.
- Now add the coconut milk and bring to boil. Add Cardamom powder.
- Remove from heat and serve.
