INGREDIENTS

  1. Shredded carrot - from 3 carrot
  2. Almond powder - 1 1/2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Milk - 1/2 cup
  4. Almond - 8 count
  5. Sugar - 2 + 1/4 cup
  6. Salt - a pinch

PREPARATION:

  1. In a pan add 1/4 cup of water, shredded carrot and cook them. about 10 minutes. Filter all the liquid and grind in mixer for one spin or mash well.
  2. In a pan add sugar, almond powder, almonds, salt, milk and mix well. if you drink like this as it is add a teaspoon (tsp.) of ghee.
  3. If you drink by keep cold by keeping it in fridge for some time then no need to add ghee.

NOTES:

  1. You can also pressure cook carrot instead of cooking on a stove top.
