- Chopped Garlic - 11 cloves
- Milk - 2 tumbler or 2 cup
- Cardamom powder - a pinch
- Sugar - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Ghee - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Add garlic to milk and boil it until it reduce to 1/2 (1 tumbler or 1 cup).
- Now add cardamom powder and boil for a minute and remove from heat (stove).
- In a blender pour the milk, sugar, ghee and grind into a thick shake and drink.
