- Ripe Avocado - 1
- Ripe Banana - 1
- Seedless Dates - 10
- Cream (optional) - 50 milliliter
- Milk - 250 milliliter
- Remove the skin, nuts from avocado. remove skin from banana.
- In a blender or mixer add avocado, banana, dates, cream and grind to a thick shake by adding milks as needed and serve.
- Add sugar if you like to be sweeter. You can add ice cubes while blending.
