  1. Milk - 2 cup
  2. Ripped sapota fruit - 4 count
  3. Almonds - 4 count
  4. Ice cubes - as needed
  5. Sugar (optional) - as needed.


  1. In boiling water add the almonds and soak them. once soaked well remove the skin and keep it aside.
  2. Remove the skin, seeds from the sapota and keep it aside.
  3. Now grind all the ingredients into a milk shake in a mixer or blender and serve.


  1. Used boiled and cooled down milk only.
