INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken - 500 grams with bones
- Black pepper - 10
- Onion - 1
- Dry ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Butter - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Clean and cut the chicken into small pieces.
- Chop onion into fine pieces.
- Grind black pepper coarsely.
- Add little water and make a thick paste with turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and dry ginger powder.
- Cook chicken with 5 cups of water.
- Now add the ground paste, salt to taste and boil for few minutes (until the raw smell goes away)
- In a pan melt the butter, add onion and cook until it turns golden brown.
- Now add this to the soup (boiling chicken) cook for couple of minutes and serve.
