INGREDIENTS:

  1. Mutton bones - 1/4 Kilogram
  2. Chopped Onion - 2
  3. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Cloves - 6
  6. Cinnamon - 2 pieces
  7. Curry leaves - little
  8. Oil - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  9. Salt - as required

PREPARATION:

  1. Pressure cook the mutton bone, chopped onion, crushed pepper, turmeric power in a liter of water until the bones are soft and cooked well. i.e. 8 to 10 whistle.
  2. In a pan heat oil. Add crushed cinnamon,, cloves and sauté for few second. Now add the curry leaves ones they stop to splatter. Add this to the mutton soup.
  3. Now Add salt for taste and boil the soup for few minutes and serve hot.
