  1. Ginger - 100 grams
  2. Neem leaf - 1/2 cup
  3. Honey - as needed.
  4. Salt - a pinch
  5. Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)


  1. Clean the ginger and cut into fine pieces. Wash the neem leaf and keep it aside.
  2. Grind the ginger and neem leaf to a find paste by adding water as needed.
  3. Filter the juice from the ground paste.
  4. Mix with sugar and honey as required and serve.


  1. Add honey as needed to reduce the bitterness.
