INGREDIENTS:
- Ginger - 100 grams
- Neem leaf - 1/2 cup
- Honey - as needed.
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Clean the ginger and cut into fine pieces. Wash the neem leaf and keep it aside.
- Grind the ginger and neem leaf to a find paste by adding water as needed.
- Filter the juice from the ground paste.
- Mix with sugar and honey as required and serve.
NOTES:
- Add honey as needed to reduce the bitterness.
