Shred carrot, beet root and take a thick a cup of juice.
In a bowl add wheat flour, water as needed an make a thick batter. NOTE: make sure it does not have lumps
In a pan add sugar, water until it covers sugar and bring to boil. Once the sugar completely dissolved add the carrot beet root juice. Once starts boiling add the wheat batter slowly. While adding continuously stir so that lump does not form.
Now add ghee little by little slowly. Stir and cook until the halwa does not stick to pan (i.e ghee separates from halwa).In the mean time roast the cashew nut in ghee and add to the halwa and mix well.
While cooking you have to stir continuously for excellent result.
